En effet des particularit\u00e9s apparaissent dans ces laits et incitent les chercheurs \u00e0 op\u00e9rer des r\u00e9ajustements pour pouvoir r\u00e9aliser des transformations technolo-<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"185.68000000000006\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">giques du lait de d\u00e9part.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"744.7264000000006\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ainsi, le lait de dromadaire, malgr\u00e9 une bonne valeur nutritionnelle, poss\u00e8de des aptitudes limit\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019obtention de produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s. Ce produit, sp\u00e9cifiquement du terroir auxquelles sont associ\u00e9es de nombreuses all\u00e9gations est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 se heurter \u00e0 des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s technolo- giques visant une diversification de son utilisation.
