Abstract
الملخص:
تعتبر الامفورات من أهم الصناعات التي مارستها الإنسان منذ العصور القديمة، ذلك لتلبية احتياجاته اليومية فتكمن أهمية هذه الأخيرة في مجال الاقتصادي كونها من إحدى الأواني الوظيفية استعملت بحمل وتخزين المواد الغذائية من أماكن الإنتاج إلى أسواق التوزيع، هذا ما جعلها تنتشر انتشارا واسعا في العالم القديم، فهي عنصر رئيسي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في التجارة الغذائية والذي يمكن من خلاله استنباط معلومات جد مهمة تفيد في الكشف عن الجهات المعنية في العصور القديمة.
ونظرا لأهمية التي يكتسبها هذا الموضوع وما يقدمه من معلومات تساهم في إثراء ميدان البحث العلمي. ارتأينا أن يكون بحثي هذا عمل الامفورات ومدى أهميتها في النقل البحري فجاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان مساهمة الامفورات في النقل التجاري في بلاد المغرب القديم.
انطلقت من هذا الموضوع من إشكالية فيها تمثلت طبيعة الامفورات وما مصدر صناعتها؟ للإجابة على الإشكالية اعتمدت على الخطة التالية، الفصل الأول ناقشت فيه الجانب النظري وحددت فيه مفهوم الامفورات
مراحل صناعتها وأقسامها قسمته إلى ثلاث مباحث بينما الثاني فهو دراسة ميدانية تطبيقية حددت فيه الامفورات الخاصة بالنقل هذا الامفورات بيتيكية الإفريقية والايطالية، أما الفصل الثالث يمثل في دور الامفورات في النقل التجاري قسمته إلى ثلاث مباحث، بعد تناولي للموضوع من أطرافه وجوانبه المختلفة وصلت إلى نتائج أهمها:
• أن الامفورات إحدى الأواني الفخارية
• من أهم المصادر التاريخية والأثرية التي تفسر طبيعة العلاقات التجارية السائدة خلال الفترة القديمة
• أن الامفورات من أهم الوسائل لنقل مختلف المنتجات في العالم القديم.
• للامفورات أشكال وأنماط صناعية متعددة ومختلفة
Summary:
Amphorae are considered one of the most important industries that man has practiced since ancient times, in order to meet his daily needs. The importance of the latter in the economic field lies in the fact that they are one of the functional vessels used to carry and store food materials from places of production to distribution markets. This is what made them spread widely in the ancient world. It is a major and indispensable element in food trade, from which very important information can be derived that is useful in revealing the parties involved in ancient times.
Given the importance of this topic and the information it provides that contributes to enriching the field of scientific research. We decided that my research would be about the work of amphorae and their importance in maritime transport, so this study came under the title The contribution of amphorae to commercial transport in the ancient Maghreb.
I started from this topic with a problem in which I represented the nature of amphorae and what is the source of their manufacture? To answer the problem, I relied on the following plan. In the first chapter, I discussed the theoretical aspect and defined the concept of amphorae, the stages of their manufacture and their sections. I divided it into three sections, while the second is an applied field study in which I defined the amphorae specific to transport, these are the African and Italian Betic amphorae. As for the third chapter, it represents the role of amphorae in commercial transport. I divided it into three sections. After addressing the topic from its various sides and aspects, I reached the most important results:
• Amphorae are one of the pottery vessels
• One of the most important historical and archaeological sources that explain the nature of trade relations prevailing during the ancient period
• Amphorae are one of the most important means of transporting various products in the ancient world.
• Amphorae have multiple and different industrial shapes and patterns
