| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم التطرق إلى الخلفية النظرية للموضوع كما تم التوجه إلى الميدان لتنفيذ إجراءات الدراسة حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لكونه المنهج المناسب مع هذا النوع من الدراسات،كما تم الاعتماد على اختبار الاحتراق النفسي المصمم من طرف ماسلاش وجاكسون،أما عينة الدراسة بلغ عددها 42معلما تم اختيارها بطريقة قصديه ،وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: درجة الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة متوسطة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية لصالح المعلمين ذوي سنوات الخبرة أقل من عشر سنوات. انطلاقا من نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم مجموع من التوصيات والاقتراحات. the study aims to know the level of psychological burnout among special education teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the theoretical background of the subject was addressed. We also went to the field to implement the study procedures, where the descriptive approach was relied upon because it is the appropriate approach for this type of studies. Also, reliance was placed on the burnout test. The psychological study was designed by Maslach and Jackson. The study sample numbered 42 teachers who were chosen intentionally. The study resulted in the following results: The degree of psychological burnout among special education teachers is moderate. There are statistically significant differences due to the teaching experience variable in favor of teachers with less than ten years of experience. Based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations and suggestions were presented. | |
