dc.description.abstractتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والتوافق المهني لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة، من أجل ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة متكونة من (60) معلما ومعلمة في ميدان التربية الخاصة ، تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من بعض المراكز النفسية البيداغوجية، طبقنا عليهم مقياسي الضغط المهني لمنصوري (2010) ومقياس التوافق المهني لفحجان (2010)، الفترة الزمانية: حيث أجريت هذه الدراسة بداية من شهر مارس (2023) إلى غاية شهر جوان (2023) في المراكز النفسية البيداغوجية بولاية تيزي وزو المتمثلة في: المركز النفسي البيداغوجي بتادمايت وبوخالفة وواقنون، إضافة إلى مدرسة المعاقين سمعيا وبصريا ببوخالفة ولاية تيزي وزو. ولتحليل النتائج اعتمدنا على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة التي أسفرنا من خلالها إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط المهنية والتوافق المهني لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط المهنية لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة تبعا لمتغير الاقدمية. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق المهني لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة تبعا لمتغير الاقدمية. The current study aims to find out the relationship between professional pressures and professional adjustment among special education teachers, For this, we conducted a field study on a sample of (60) male and female teachers in the field of special education, selected in a simple random way from some psychological pedagogical centers, We applied They have two professional stress scales for Mansouri (2010) and a professional adjustment scale for Fahdhan (2010), The time period: This study was conducted from the beginning of March (2023) until June (2023) in the psychological and pedagogical centers in the state of Tizi Ouzou, which are: the psychological and pedagogical center In Tadmait, Boukhalfa and Ouaghnoun, in addition to the school for the hearing and visually handicapped in Boukhalfa, Tizi Ouzou Province. To analyze the results, we relied on a set of appropriate statistical methods through which we produced the following results: - There is a statistically significant correlation between professional pressures and professional adjustment among special education teachers. - There are statistically significant differences in the professional pressures of special education teachers depending on the seniority variable. - There are statistically significant differences in the professional compatibility of special education teachers depending on the seniority variable.
