| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الاثار بين ظروف الفيزيقية و حوادث العمل في مؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزليةعينة الدراسة 50عامل ، وتمَّ اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، في مؤسسة صناعية تيزي وزو، وهذا خلال السنة الدراسية2021/2022 واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي يحاول وصف الظاهرة موضع البحث، فالمنهج الوصفي يساعد على تفسير الظواهر النفسية الموجودة، كما يفسر العلاقات بين الظواهر، إضافة إلى ذلك يساعد الباحث في الحصول على أكبر قدر ممكن من المعلومات حول الظواهر إستنادا إلى حقائق الواقع، وتعد الأبحاث الوصفية أكثر من مشروع لجمع المعلومات، فهي تصف وتحلل وتقيس وتفسر. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تصميم استمارة استبيان موجهة الي عمال المؤسسة محل الدراسة التي تحتوي على (50) بند. ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا تمَّ استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (spss) لحساب معامل الإرتباط قمنا باستخدام الانحدار الخطي البسيط ،ولقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على: -عدم تأثير الضوضاء في ظهور حوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزليةENIEM -عدم تأثير الانارة في ظهور حوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزليةENIEM -تأثير الحرارة في ظهور حوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزليةENIEM -عدم وجود اثر بين الظروف الفيزيقية و حوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزليةENIEM This study aims to know the effects between the conditions of physicism and accidents of work at the National Foundation for Home Electro IndustriesSample study 50 workers, selected in a simple random manner, at an industrial institution Tizi Wazu, this during the school year 2021/2022 The current research is based on the analytical descriptive approach, which attempts to describe the phenomenon in question. The descriptive approach helps to explain existing psychological phenomena, explains the relationships between phenomena, and, in addition, helps the researcher to obtain as much information as possible about phenomena based on reality. Descriptive research is more than a project to gather information. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire form was designed for the workers of the institution in question, which contains 50 items. To process data statistically, the statistical package program (spss) was used to calculate the correlation coefficient. We used simple linear regression. The results of the study resulted in: -No effect of noise in the emergence of work accidents by NHRI workersENIEM - Luminescence has no effect on the emergence of work accidents among ENIEM workers -The effect of heat on the appearance of work accidents in the workers of ENIEM -No effect between physical conditions and work accidents of ENIEM workers | |
